Fulfilment status
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
- Unfulfilled - your order has been accepted and is waiting to be processed by our fulfilment centre.
- Fulfilled - we have despatched your order and it's on the way to you. We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled.
- Cancelled - your order has been cancelled and a refund has been processed. This may occur if we do not have the stock available to send to you.
Delivery status
Track your order by following the link in your Shipping Confirmation email. This will be sent to you as soon as your order has been despatched.
You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
